HIGH SURF WARNING IN EFFECT…BEACH SAFETY INFORMATION ISSUED

The Antigua and Barbuda Meteorological Services continues to maintain a High Surf Advisory for the British Virgin Islands.
The Ocean Safety Program  under the Conservation and Fisheries Department has issued the following safety information for beaches:

Beach Safety Advisory – Sunday 30th September 2018 – 7am – High Surf Advisory!

High Surf Warning – Large North East swell is expected to last for the next few days. Take precaution and care whilst on the north shoreline.

The Baths NPT Mooring Field:  – RED FLAG – NO MOORING AT THE BATHS (Large Flagpole Not Operational, Small Flag Flying on The Baths Beach) – (Please Note: The Baths are still accessible by land, please dock at Spanish Town and take a taxi, for further information call: National Parks Trust 346-3428).

Josiah’s Bay Beach: No Lifeguard on Duty

Whilst Visiting The Beach Please Take Away Your Garbage When You Leave!
