November 2nd 2018 – The Antigua and Barbuda Meteorological Services has indicated that shallow moisture in addition to an upper level trough will create unsettling weather conditions across the area.

Seas: Significant wave heights 1.5 to 1.8 metres or 5 to 6 feet. Small craft operators should continue to exercise caution in the waters on the Atlantic side of the islands.
