The Atlantic Hurricane Season continues to progress, and today we are monitoring the formation of the third named tropical storm of the 2025 season.

📌 Location:  approx. 1248 miles NW of Road Town
🚫 Risk : No threat to Territory

There is no expected impact to the Virgin Islands, and no watches or warnings are in effect for our area related to this system.

As we move through the first week of July, the second month of hurricane season, it is an important time for all residents to stay alert and ready.

Here are a few simple but vital reminders:

✅ Stay Informed: Regularly follow trusted sources for updates.

🏠 Prepare Your Property: Clear debris, inspect shutters, and identify safe areas in your home.

📑 Review Plans: Know your family’s emergency contact list and where to go in case of evacuation.

We are still early in the season, and activity typically increases as we approach the peak months.  Continue to be proactive, not reactive.
