The Government of the Virgin Islands seeks a consultant or firm to prepare a Continuity of Government Plan to guide the provision of government services in the event of a disaster or emergency that would require operations to move to a new location.
Expressions of interest should address the applicant’s expertise and track record highlighting work related to Continuity of Government Operations and include the proposed methodology and rationale, financial proposal and timeline as well as the applicant’s Curriculum Vitae.
