GUIDELINES FOR NATIONAL DISASTER

In seeking to respond to the undertaking given in Article 13 of the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Relief Agency (CDERA) to establish National Emergency Funds, Participating States have recognised that such a fund presumes a national position on its use. The fundamental question arises as to what conditions would trigger the activation and use of such funds.
