SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS THIS EVENING

SMALL CRAFT OPERATORS CONTINUE TO EXERCISE  CAUTION

Synopsis: As the tropical wave moves westwards away from the Leewards, we will continue to see improved conditions with a gradual reduction in cloudiness and shower activity over and around these islands during the next 24 hours. Meanwhile unsettled weather conditions associated with this tropical wave will move into the BVI and lead to a heightened chance for shower activity during that time.

Weather tonight: Cloudy with periods of showers and a slight chance of an isolated thunderstorm developing.

Weather tomorrow: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with a 60 percent or moderate chance of brief passing showers.

Winds: East at 19 to 33 km/h or 12 to 21 mph with lighter spells overnight..

Seas: 1.5 to 2.1 metres or 5 to 7 feet. Therefore small craft operators should continue to exercise caution.

Sunrise tomorrow: 5:45 am.

Sunset tomorrow: 6:58 pm.
