Synopsis: A persistent trough
is affecting the Leeward Islands and British Virgin Islands. This along with
available moisture will generate more cloudiness with showers and
thunderstorms. Given the already wet conditions and the threat of more moderate
to heavy showers and thunderstorms, the
flash flood warning for the British Virgin Islands is extended to midnight
tonight. A Flash Flood Warning means that moderate to major Flooding is
imminent or occurring in low lying and flood prone areas.
Wx: Skies tonight will
be cloudy to overcast with moderate to heavy showers and thunderstorms.
Tomorrow skies wil be cloudy with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

-18 kts on land reaching 22kts over open waters.
Seas: Moderate –
locally rough waves 1.8m/6ft. Small craft operators should exercise caution.
