FLASH FLOOD WATCH ISSUED FOR THE VIRGIN ISLANDS

Synopsis: Lingering moisture from a tropical wave will cause the
atmosphere across the Leewards to remain unstable overnight, gradually
improving into tomorrow. Meanwhile that wave is currently in the vicinity of
the BVI, and will continue to bring unsettled weather conditions across that
area during the next 24 hours.

Wx: Skies will remain mostly cloudy to overcast tonight and
tomorrow, with moderate to heavy showers accompanied by some severe
thunderstorms.

NB: A flash flood watch is now in effect for the BVI until 6am
tomorrow morning.

Winds: E at 12-20kts with higher gusts in showers..

Seas: Moderate to locally rough, swells 1.8-2.4m or 6-8ft. Small
craft operators and sea bathers should continue to exercise caution..

Barometric Pressure: Normal.

Sunrise tomorrow:  5:53 am.

Sunset tomorrow:  6:56 pm.
