A surface
trough along with available moisture will continue to affect the islands. Today
is expected to be cloudy with showers and isolated thunderstorms.
A flash flood
watch is declared until 2pm this afternoon.
Flash flood watch means
a flash flood is possible in the area, because conditions are more favorable
than usual for its occurrence. A watch is a recommendation for planning,
preparation, and increased awareness (be alert for changing weather, listen for
further information, and think about what to do if the danger materializes.)
Winds are
expected to come from the SE to E at 8 to 15 knots. Seas will be slight
to moderate with waves 1.2 to 2 meters or 4 to 6 feet. Barometric
pressure is above normal.
Sunset is
expected at 5:43pm and sunrise at 6:22 am tomorrow.
