The Territory-wide road clean-up has begun. Persons are therefore asked to observe the curfew hours from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. daily until further notice. This will allow essential workers and heavy equipment operators to work without interruption.
Beyond curfew hours, persons are asked to avoid trafficking the streets except in cases of emergency to allow clean-up and transportation of waste to continue.
