SMALL CRAFT WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS

Today sea conditions are expected to be moderate to locally rough with wave heights of 1.8 – 2.4 m or 6 – 8 ft.  A Small Craft Warnings remain in place for small craft operators and sea bathers against rough sea conditions.

More showers are possible due to lingering moisture however, these conditions are expected to subside as a drier and stable air mass moves in to the territory later today.

Winds will be Southeast to East Southeast at 26-31km/h or 14-17kt over land; or up to 37km/h or 20kt over open waters. Atmospheric pressure is expected to be above normal.
