active tropical wave along with a mid to upper level trough will further
increase the instability of the atmosphere over the Northeastern Caribbean over
the next 24 hours. As a result, there is a good chance that clouds, showers and
thunderstorms will spread across the British Virgin Islands today.

with a 90 percent chance of showers. Showers could be heavy at times and
accompanied by some thunderstorms.

at 13-20kts and gusting near gale force or 33kts at times..
