Synopsis: A mid to upper-level trough in the vicinity of the VI will enhance pockets of low level moisture and low-level cloud patches to generate occasional cloudy skies with brief showers over the VI today

Today: Partly cloudy to cloudy with a good chance of brief brief passing showers

Tonight: Partly cloudy to cloudy with brief passing showers

Winds: East-northeast at 12-20kts or 22-37kmh; with higher spells over coastal waters and elevated terrain and gusting higher at times.

Seas: Very Rough with heights between 7-10ft or 2.1-3.1m. Warnings remain in place for small craft operators and sea bathers against hazadous seas mainly in the coastal waters east of the islands.

Atmospheric Pressure: Above normal
