favorable upper level conditions will keep the atmosphere over the British
Virgin Islands quite unstable today and tonight.

with scattered to numerous showers. Some heavy showers along with thunderstorms
are also possible at times.

10-16kts over land and reaching 18kts at times over open waters. Some gusts in
showers are also likely..

waves/swells 1.5-1.8m or 5-6ft. Small craft operators should continue to
exercise caution..
