  UPDATE:
A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for the VIRGIN ISLANDS UNTIL 12PM. PLEASE
BE ADVISED THIS WATCH MAYBE UPGRADED TO A FLASH FLOOD WARNING. RESIDENTS ARE ASKED TO
EXERCISE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING. EXERCISE CAUTION DUE TO FALLING ROCKS AND OTHER
DEBRIS.

Synopsis: A trough system being enhanced by
favorable upper level conditions will keep the atmosphere over the British
Virgin Islands quite unstable today and tonight.

 Cloudy to overcast
with scattered to numerous showers. Some heavy showers along with thunderstorms
are also possible at times.

Winds: Easterly at
10-16kts over land and reaching 18kts at times over open waters. Some gusts in
showers are also likely..

Seas: Moderate
waves/swells 1.5-1.8m or 5-6ft. Small craft operators should continue to
exercise caution..
