The Antigua and Barbuda Meteorological Services has cancelled the Flash Flood Watch for the BVI. The Antigua and Barbuda Meteorological Services indicates that some available moisture and instability in association with an upper level trough will continue to affect the weather conditions over the BVI for the next 24 hours.
A Tropical Wave is expected to approach the area around Monday.
Winds: Easterly at average speeds between 8 to 16 knots or 15 to 28 km/h.
Seas: Moderate with significant wave heights between 1.2 to 1.5 meters or 4 to 5 feet.
The DDM will continue to monitor weather conditions and provide updates accordingly.
