Synopsis: Weak moisture and instability associated with a diffused frontal boundary, coupled with light winds, daytime heating and available low-level moisture will maintain a moderate chance for shower activity over and around the islands during the next 24 hours.

Weather today: Partly cloudy skies with a 40 percent or moderate chance of showers

Weather tonight: Fair to partly cloudy skies with a 20 percent or slight chance of a brief light shower.

Winds: Northeast at 6 to 15 km/h or 3 to 9 mph, becoming variable or calm at times.

Seas: Not exceeding 1.2 meters or 4 feet. A significant increase in northerly swells can be expected by tomorrow in response to another frontal trough moving into the area from the north.
