Synopsis: Tropical Storm Grace is now in the vicinity of the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Grace remains a bit dis-organized at this time however, minor stormy conditions are expected in the area today. As for the BVI Antigua and Barbuda has discontinued the Tropical Storm Warning. The storm have moved further south and as a result of its compacted size, the tropical storm force winds from the center has significantly reduced chances of feeling impacts from sustained tropical force winds.
