Synopsis: A moderate to fresh wind flow will continue to push patches of low level clouds and pockets of moisture across the area. Instability embedded in the wind flow could result in brief passing showers. Meanwhile, swells will continue to impact the northern and eastern coastlines.

Weather today: Partly sunny with a 40 percent or a moderate chance of showers.

Weather tonight: Fair to partly cloudy with a 40 percent or a moderate chance of showers.

Winds: East at 15 to 30 km/h or 9 to 18 mph, reaching as high as 43 km/h or 26 mph.

Seas: 1.8 to 2.8 metres or 6 to 9 feet, with northeasterly swells of 2.1 metres or 7 feet. A high surf advisory remains in effect mainly for coastal waters north and east of the islands.
