Synopsis: As a tropical wave exits the area the Atlantic high pressure system will gradually build resulting in a moderate to fresh wind flow. Additionally, a reduction in dust concentration is also expected causing air quality levels to be good or of minimal impact.

Weather today: Partly sunny and slightly hazy with a 60 percent or a moderate chance of showers and a 30 percent or low chance for thunderstorms.

Weather tonight: Fair to partly cloudy with a 30 percent or low chance of showers.

Winds: Easterly with speeds ranging between 22 to 35 km/h or 12 to 19 knots.

Seas: Moderate with significant wave heights of 1.2 to 1.8 metres or 4 to 6 feet. Small craft operators should exercise caution when venturing into waters on the Atlantic side of the island.
