Synopsis: A ridge of high
pressure will maintain a relatively dry and stable atmosphere across the area
over the next 24 hours. It will also continue to generate a brisk wind flow,
which will transport pockets of low level moisture across the islands
occasionally.
Wx: Partly cloudy and
hazy skies today and tonight with occasional brief passing showers.
Winds: ENE at
14-22kts over land, gusting to 26kts over open waters..
Seas: Rough, swells
1.8-2.8m or 6-9ft. A warning remains in place for both small craft operators
and sea bathers against hazardous seas and gusty winds..
