WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE VI

Synopsis: According to the Antigua Met Office, a weak disturbance in the easterly wind flow
combined with significant low level moisture will continue to heighten the
chance of showers over the British Virgin Islands.

Wx: 

Tonight: Cloudy to
overcast with numerous showers. Some heavy downpours accompanied by
thunderstorms are possible overnight.

Tomorrow: Cloudy to
overcast with a good chance of some more showers, some of which could be heavy
at times.

Winds: Easterly at
12-18kts over land and peaking to near 20kts over open waters. Some gusts in
showers are also possible overnight.

Seas: Moderate,
height 1.5 to 1.8m or 5-6ft. Small craft operators should exercise caution.
