Synopsis: Moisture associated
with the northern portion of a fast moving tropical wave will move over the BVI
tonight. While a reduction in moisture is expected over these islands by
tomorrow, a moderate to fresh windflow caused by a building high pressure
system will still push shallow cloud patches over these islands at times

Wx: Tonight: Partly cloudy
at first becoming increasingly cloudy with some scattered overnight showers

Tomorrow: Partly cloudy
and hazy becoming locally cloudy at times with brief passing showers

Winds: ENE-ESE at an
average of 15kts increasing to an average 20kts over coastal waters.

Seas: Moderate to
Rough: Heights 1.8-2.4m or 6-8ft. A small craft warning is in effect mainly for
the waters east of the islands.
