Synopsis: The low pressure
area we have been following has become better organized and produced well over
one inch of rain over some of the Leeward Islands last night. The system is now
located south of the Virgin Islands over the East Caribbean Sea. A second tropical
wave is following closely behind and is expected to begin affecting the
Leewards early Thursday.

with scattered showers

Tonight: Partly cloudy
to cloudy with scattered showers and the chance of isolated thunderstorms.

– 14 Kts.

waves 4 – 6 Ft or 1.2 – 1.8 M.
