high pressure is the dominant feature. Shallow cloud patches and pockets of
moisture will occasionally move across the Islands to generate a few cloudy
spells with passing showers.

tonight will be partly cloudy with brief cloudy spells and widely scattered
showers.

kts.

Seas: Moderate –
locally rough, waves 1.8m/6ft. Small craft operators should exercise caution
against marginally safe seas..
