has returned to the northeast Caribbean, but the brisk winds generated by a strong
high pressure system over the western Atlantic will transport shallow patches
of clouds across the area.

Skies will be partly cloudy with quick passing shallow showers.
Winds: East 14- 20
Kts, increasing to 26 Kts over coastal waters. Higher gust can be expected
around showers.
Seas: Rough; with
waves 7 – 9 FT or 2.1 – 2.8 M. A small craft advisory remain in place and sea
bathers should avoid the sea.
