Synopsis: The remnant of tropical depression
two which is now in the form of a tropical wave will bring some instability and
moisture in the atmosphere over the Northeastern Caribbean. Hence, by this afternoon, there is a high chance of showers developing over the British Virgin
Islands.

Wx: 

Tomorrow: Cloudy to overcast
with a high chance of showers and a modest chance of thunderstorms particularly
during the afternoon. Periods of heavy downpours are also possible.

Winds: ENE-E at
12-16kts over land and reaching near 20kts at times over coastal waters. Gusts
near 25kts are also possible at times..

Seas: Rough,
heights 1.8-2.1m or 6-7ft. A warning is in effect for small craft operators and
sea bathers against hazardous sea conditions..
