Synopsis: A tropical wave is expected affect the Leeward and British Virgin Islands today. Weak instability along with an increase in available low level moisture could trigger some shower activity for the next 24hr. Possible rainfall accumulation is 1 to 5 mm (0.04 to 0.2 inch).

Weather today: Partly cloudy to cloudy with a likely chance of showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms.

Weather tonight: Partly cloudy to cloudy with a moderate chance of showers.

Winds: E to ESE at 15 to 22 km/h or 8 to 12 knots.

Seas: Slight to moderate with wave heights not exceeding 1.5 meters or not exceeding 5 feet.

Atmospheric Pressure: Above normal.
