What if there is a tsunami evacuation alert?

Do you know where to go in case of a tsunami? Evacuation route and safe zone signs are posted in coastal areas around the Territory, but it’s important to have a plan before a tsunami strikes.

These maps show which areas of the BVI are likely to be inundated in the event of a tsunami. Residents should wait in the safe zones (shown in green) until an all-clear is issued.
