𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐔𝐄𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐖𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐍 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍 𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋 𝐀𝐓𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐂.

At 500 AM AST (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Victor was

located near latitude 12.8 North, longitude 36.3 West which is about 1640 miles south west of the BVI. Victor is moving toward the west-northwest near 13 mph (20 km/h).

Victor remains disorganized based on the latest satellite pictures. Thunderstorms are detached well to the northeast of the center due to strong wind shear. Based on these trends we have lowered the intensity on this advisory. Victor is forecast to move to the northwest over the next 2-3 days over the eastern Atlantic and gradually weaken. We expect Victor to degrade to a tropical depression Monday afternoon and a remnant low by early Tuesday. We could see Victor weaken to a remnant low even faster.
