6th January 2018 – Synopsis: Marginal instability associated with a low-level trough in the vicinity could enhance the chances of a few passing showers today.

Weather today: Partly cloudy to cloudy with a moderate or 50 percent chance of showers.

Weather tonight: Partly cloudy with a low or 30 percent chance of showers.

Winds: East to East- southeast at 17 to 28 km/h or 9 to 15 knots.

Seas: Rough, with long period swells and heights of 1.8 to 2.4 m or 6 to 8 feet. Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to exercise caution against rough sea conditions, primarily on the Eastern coastal areas.
