Synopsis: Despite the presence of a relatively stable airmass, shallow low level patches embedded within a moderate to fresh trade wind flow could be transported across the area and lead to a moderate chance for shower activity over and around the islands at times during the next 24 hours.

Weather today: Partly cloudy skies in general with a 50 percent or moderate chance of brief passing showers.

Weather tonight: Partly cloudy and cool conditions with a 50 percent or moderate chance of brief passing overnight showers.

Winds: East-northeast at 15 to 30 km/h or 9 to 18 mph, reaching as high as 43 km/h or 26 mph mainly over open waters and in elevated areas..

Seas: 1.5 to 2.4 metres or 5 to 8 feet with north easterly swells of 1.8 metres or 6 feet. Therefore a high surf advisory remains in place mainly for the north and eastern coastlines or the islands.
