Synopsis: A weak trough is
over the Northern edge of the Eastern Caribbean This will help to destabilize
the atmosphere over the northern Leeward Islands Virgin islands and Puerto
Rico. 

Wx: Skies over the
British Virgin Islands will be partly cloudy to cloudy with scattered showers
today and tonight. Some of the showers could be moderate at times, particularly
during the afternoon.

Winds: NE-ENE at 5-8
kts becoming lighter and variable at times.

Seas: Slight waves
