WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE VI

Synopsis: A building ridge of
high pressure will provide a relatively stable atmosphere over the Leewards and
BVI during the next 24hrs; however, with the return of a moderate to fresh
windflow, patches of low clouds and pockets of shallow moisture will move over the
islands at times.

Wx: Today: Partly sunny
to locally cloudy with a chance of brief passing showers

 Tonight: Partly
cloudy to sometimes cloudy with a chance of brief passing showers

Winds: Easterly at
12-18kts over land with higher amounts over elevated terrains and increasing to
22kts over coastal waters.

Seas: Rough:
maximum heights between 2.1-2.4m or 7-8ft: A small craft warning remains in
effect while sea bathers are advised to exercise caution mainly along the
eastern coastlines.
