2:00PM – Tropical Storm Isaac is located about 165 miles south of San
Juan Puerto Rico. It is moving to the west-northwest near 15 mph. Maximum
sustained winds are near 40 mph. Heavy squalls will continue for the
Lesser Antilles throughout the next 24 hours. Only slow intensification is
expected during the next couple of days. In 5 days, Isaac is forecast to be a
90 mph hurricane in the eastern Gulf of Mexico.
