The National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC) has issued an all clear.
The Tropical Storm Warning for the BVI has been discontinued and although the Territory may experience continued showers and wind gusts, Tropical Storm Bertha is no longer a significant threat to the BVI.
The NEOC is therefore deactivated.
