Synopsis: Pockets of low level moisture embedded within a fresh to strong trade wind flow, resulting from a tight pressure gradient across the area, will maintain a moderate chance for showers activity over and around the islands at times during the next 24 hours.

Weather today: Partly cloudy to cloudy and breezy conditions with a 60 percent or moderate chance of showers mainly during the morning, gradually diminishing into the afternoon.

Weather tonight: Fair to partly cloudy and breezy conditions, with a 40 percent or moderate chance of brief passing early morning showers.

Winds: Northeast at 22 to 33 km/h or 14 to 21 mph gusting to 50 km/h or 31 mph during showers, as well as over open waters and in elevated areas..

Seas: 2.1 to 3.1 metres or 7 to 10 feet. Warnings remain in effect for small craft operators mainly in coastal waters north and east of the islands..
