OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION SEVEN WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 16.5 NORTH, LONGITUDE
66.2 WEST OR ABOUT 160 MILES SOUTH WEST OF THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD
THE NORTH WEST AT 9 MILES PER HOUR. THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
THROUGH THURSDAY WITH A TURN TOWARDS THE NORTH-NORTHWEST ON FRIDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE
NEAR 35 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS. GRADUAL STRENGTHENING IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT
DAY OF TWO AND THE DEPRESSION COULD BECOME A TROPICAL STORM TONIGHT OR ON
THURSDAY.

ISLANDS TONIGHT AND EARLY THURSDAY. AS A RESULT, A FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THE
BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS UNTIL 6 AM TOMORROW THURSDAY
